What Foundation Labs Was
Foundation Labs was a German SCP:SL community project focused on creating a strong identity, clear expectations, and a more polished player experience. My role centered around the human side of the project: rules, standards, and the culture that shaped how people interacted within the community.

Policy Development
Helping define and maintain rules, expectations, and community standards in a clear and consistent way.
Ethics & Moderation Guidance
Supporting a fair and responsible structure for behavior, disputes, and community conduct.
Community Direction
Contributing to a more thoughtful and welcoming environment for players and staff alike.
Impact
Even though the project is archived, it was an important experience in helping me grow as a collaborator and contributor. It taught me how to work with structure, responsibility, and a long-term community mindset.
